Please be aware that photographers and videographers from Ignite Now Media and The American Dream TV Network, a national TV syndicated show airing on The Travel Channel and HGTV Network, will be present at the event. Additionally, other media outlets may be in attendance for local coverage. They will be capturing images and videos for marketing, promotional, and broadcast purposes. These images and videos may be used in future materials, including social media, websites, television segments, and advertisements related to Lady Power Players Elevated and its associated platforms.
2. Consent to Use Images and Content:
By attending the event, you grant Lady Power Players Elevated, Ignite Now Media, and The American Dream TV Network permission for your image, likeness, voice, and any recorded content to be captured and used in any promotional, broadcast, or marketing content produced by the event organizers and media partners. This usage may include, but is not limited to, photographs, videos, testimonials, and television segments.
3. Release of Liability:
You understand that your participation in the Lady Power Players Elevated Fireside Empowerment and Retreat is voluntary. You agree to release Lady Power Players Elevated, its organizers, sponsors, and partners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during your attendance at the event.
